2019 was the year of old but goldy day drives. Our first old time run was re-running the delta loop. This is a fun morning loop that leaves from West Sacramento and ends in Rio Vista for a late breakfast. The drive is fun, scenic, and with only a few cars we made for a great time down and back. We start on the West side of the delta and then make a side turn to head on a loop near one of the ferry crossing. We don’t use the ferry as low cars are hard to get onto the boat. After the loop, we head down the main road to Rio Vista. This is always a fun drive to do with the family and besides, there are pancakes at the end HAHA.
